About me

My name is Zoe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting people when life gets a little messy. My journey into this field was driven by a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges, foster resilience, and achieve greater well-being.

In addition to having my practice, I work as a school social worker in the Fredericksburg area. Working in the school setting has given me a unique understanding of the specific social, emotional, and developmental hurdles young people face today.

No one is perfect and my practice surely won’t be either. I’m a human first, therapist second. We’ll laugh when it’s appropriate, share some eye rolls, and even shed a tear or two when needed. My practice is real and raw but we’ll 100% get the work done.
